APAC
Sydney is the hub. The Asia-Pacific reach follows from it.
Empire Protection's licensed base is Sydney, New South Wales — the only place the full catalogue, including the licensed operator network, actually runs. The Asia-Pacific footprint extends from there through Empire's own office in Chonburi, Thailand.
The licensed catalogue
Dispatched through Empire's own licensed operator network, in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory — the jurisdictions Empire holds a current licence in.
Counter surveillance (TSCM)
RF, thermal and physical sweeps of offices, boardrooms and vehicles, with a written findings report, from licensed and accredited specialists.
Security zone consulting (SCEC)
SCEC endorsed consulting for Security Zones, Type 1 and Type 1A alarm systems, concentrated in Canberra where most accredited facilities are.
Physical security assessment
A site measured against the obligations it actually carries, with findings ordered by what to fix first.
Delivered wherever the client is
Four lines Empire contracts and stands behind directly, available across the region on the same terms as everywhere else Empire operates.
Executive protection
Advance work, secure movement, residential and event coverage for principals and their families across the region.
CSO-as-a-Service
An experienced Chief Security Officer on retainer: the security program, the board reporting and the governance.
Crisis and security risk consulting
Threat assessment, crisis planning, and — where a crisis is already live — standing up and running the response.
Touring and major-event security
One provider across every city on the routing, rather than a different, unvetted firm at every border.
Empire also runs DISP consultancy and GRC software for Australian defence suppliers, and penetration testing and intelligence services more broadly. See the full catalogue.
Trusted on both sides of the Pacific
Empire Protection holds a place on the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs' Security Services and Equipment Panel, and runs the DISP consultancy and CSO-as-a-Service lines that keep Australian defence suppliers audit-ready. That is the standing an AUKUS-era partner actually gets checked against, not a claim made on a page — the panel register is public, and Empire is on it.
AUKUS is sending Australians into US shipyards and technical facilities faster than the visa system built for ordinary secondments can comfortably absorb — a workforce mobility gap policy analysts have been raising since the Optimal Pathway was announced. Empire Protection is licensed and delivering on both sides of that movement — Sydney, and the US entity in Las Vegas, Nevada — rather than arranging the American leg through a partner it does not control.
Some of that work reaches a client through another provider drawing on Empire Protection's licensed capacity in a market they do not cover themselves; just as much is direct, where Empire Protection is the contractor a government body or a large multinational holds the relationship with itself.
